Tony was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania on April 28th 1958. He leaves behind his daughter Krystal,and two grandchildren Jayden and Amira. 4 brothers Louis, John, Thomas and Charles. 4 sisters Lydia, Sybil, Lucy and Marilyn and many more loved family members. He was preceded in death by his mother and father Carmalena and Woodrow Sr. as well as his brother Woodrow Jr, sisters Ethel ( in law) and Patricia .

Tony enjoyed many things such as bowling and loved all Philadelphia sports teams, Tony also loved his church he was the sexton along with family for over 25 years, he belonged to the reformed church of the ascension United church of Christ.
