Catherine Nave

Catherine M. (Cirafesi) Nave passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2021. She was 83. Catherine resided in Collegeville and was a dedicated member of Holy Saviour Church. She was retired from the customer service department of Peco energy. 

Catherine was born in Norristown on September 4, 1937. She was a 1955 graduate of St. Patrick’s High School. Catherine was a member of the Holy Saviour Mothers Club, Mt. Carmel Sodality and Choir for many years. She was also a member of the Padre Pio prayer group at St. Eleanor’s. 

Catherine was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Russo) Cirafesi.  She is the beloved wife of John J. Nave Sr.

Cathy is also survived by her three sons John (Debbie), Robert (Dawn), and Joseph Nave. 

She is survived by her sister Lillian Derro and brother Michael J. Cirafesi. 

Catherine was preceded in death by her son Thomas Nave. She was the proud grandmother to Grandchildren Kerri Ann, Christi, Melissa, Rachael, Robert Jr., and Christian. She was the loving great grandmother to Justin, Ashley, Elizabeth, Siena, Talia, Nico, Dominic, Anthony, and Vincent.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Tuesday, March 2 at 10 AM in Holy Saviour Church. Viewing will be held from 8:30 to 9:45 AM at the church. Entombment at St. Patrick's Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Padre Pio Organization
