Edwin C Shope Jr

Edwin C. Shope Jr., age 84, passed away at his daughter’s home in Jeffersonville on Monday, October 11, 2021.Ed was born in Philadelphia and raised his family in Willow Grove. He was retired from Acme Markets and made his home in Winter Garden, Florida. He was the son of Edwin C. Shope Sr. Ed is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Lenise (Feenan) Shope. Five loving children, Leni (Tracy) Roepcke, Cathy (Mark) Pfanstiel, Lorraine Brandenburger, Conni(Bill) King, and Richard (Abigail) Shope. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial mass on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 10 AM in Visitation BVM Church Trooper, PA. Family condolences will be held from 9 to 9:50 AM before the mass with a luncheon following. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in his memory can be made to give2.chop.com Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Volpe funeral home.
