Eleanor Salamone

Eleanor (Picard) Salamone passed peacefully  on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. She was 94. Mrs. Salamone of East Norriton was a member of Holy Saviour church and Senior Citizens. Eleanor enjoy traveling and      spending time with her grandchildren.  Eleanor was born in Norristown on September 23, 1927 was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sue (Marchozzi) Picard.  Wife of 57 years to the late Michael Salamone.  She is survived by her two daughters Michelle Salamone and Joan (Leonard) Cooper. Two grand daughters Laura and Carla (Harry). Two great grandchildren Margaux and Adeline.  She was predeceased by her three brothers Michael, Joseph, Anthony, and two sisters; Margaret Sciamanna and Ann Carapello.
 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday, October 26 from 8:45 to 9:45 AM followed by her mass at 10 AM in the Holy Saviour church, Norristown. Burial St Patrick cemetery.  In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Holy Saviour Church or in  the form of Mass cards. Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Volpe funeral home.
